
The nearly 130,000 educators involved with NSHSS are inspiring in their commitment to providing students with quality education and preparing them for success. As a thanks to our wonderful educators, NSHSS offers educator grants to help especially outstanding teachers with the resources they need for professional development and continued excellence. If you are an educator who could use extra funds for exciting new projects or for developing new instruction inside or outside of the classroom through innovative lessons, leadership training, field trips, etc., you should consider applying for one of our professional development grants for educators.
The particular educator grants below allocate funds for educators who demonstrate excellence in service to students and community, innovation in their field, and the training of tomorrow’s leaders.

Are you an educator particularly focused on service and contribution?
With the Outstanding Educator Service Grants, NSHSS is providing three (3) USD $1,000 grants to educators passionate about and committed serving their students, school, and surrounding community. Funds from the grants may be used toward a service project in which the recipient participates or sponsors.
Eligibility: Any high school teacher currently employed at a public or private high school in the United States or internationally.
Perhaps you are an innovative educator and have shown an especially strong commitment to discovering new ways of presenting and exploring material both inside and outside of the classroom?
With the Innovation Educator Grants, NSHSS is providing three (3) USD $500 grants to educators who have demonstrated innovation in their field and actively support the advancement of their profession by utilizing new methods and strategies. Recipients of this grant are educators who seek an improved academic experience for students and educators alike. Funds from the grant may be used for supplies, materials, field trips, or other resources to enhance the delivery of the recipients’ courses.
Eligibility: Any high school teacher currently employed at a public or private high school in the United States or internationally.
Are you an educator who goes above and beyond to help others reach their leadership potential?
With the Leadership Development Educator Grants, NSHSS is providing two (2) USD $500 grants to educators who are cultivating the next generation of student leaders and even leaders in education. This grant awards educators who help students unlock their potential and also help fellow educators make advancements in their profession and reach new goals.
Eligibility: Any high school teacher currently employed at a public or private high school in the United States or internationally.
