Award: Five (5) $500 awards

Eligibility: Any high school teacher or counselor currently employed at a public or private high school in the United States or internationally. 

Description: NSHSS is providing five (5) $500 grants to help defray costs of educational conference registration, travel, and accommodations. NSHSS educators are eligible to receive one NSHSS grant per academic year.

Application Requirements:

• Prompt response of 500-800 words to the following question:
  • How important are educational conferences to your ability to become an even more successful educator? Please provide specific examples as to how beneficial the funds would be for you, and which goals you're hoping to achieve by receiving this grant.

• Professional resume
• Principal/Administrator recommendation
